Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for 1Badge Operations to lead the physical security program, govern access control, and coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security. The role focuses on secure access, biometric controls, and secure-space administration across EY’s real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning with Facilities Asset Management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audits, and risk management.
• Support security modernization initiatives and office renovations as needed.
