Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Manager, People Systems to own UKG Pro, drive platform strategy, and partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. This role blends hands-on configuration with leadership responsibilities in a remote-first environment.

You will shape architecture, governance, and data integrity while guiding a small team to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS or People Systems experience with UKG Pro.
• Experience leading UKG implementations or major system changes.

Responsibilities

• Own UKG Pro platform ownership across HR modules and BI reporting.
• Lead hands-on configuration, testing, and deployments of enhancements.
• Define architecture, governance, and guardrails for scalable systems.
• Act as product owner and project manager for platform initiatives.
• Mentor the People Systems team and partner with Payroll, Finance, IT.
