Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an HRIS Specialist with deep UKG Pro expertise to build, configure, and optimize our HR technology landscape. You will own UKG Pro modules, workflows, security, data integrity, and reporting, translating HR needs into scalable system solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on UKG Pro experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRIS experience, with significant hands-on UKG Pro experience preferred.
• Strong experience building out, configuring, or optimizing UKG Pro.
• Experience with UKG Pro workflows, security, reporting, and system administration.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, configure, and optimize the UKG Pro HRIS environment.
• Develop and maintain UKG Pro modules, workflows, permissions, and settings.
• Build reports, dashboards, and data outputs to meet HR needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance on data flow and integrations.
