Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC seeks a Legal Business Systems Analyst - Human Resources to lead the HR technology ecosystem, with a focus on UKG Pro HCM and related platforms. You will optimize processes, deliver analytics, and support the employee lifecycle across the firm.

Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and leadership, you will own UKG-related systems, configurations, and vendor relationships. A 7+ year background in HR tech and UKG Pro is preferred; hybrid/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience supporting HR technology platforms.
• Direct experience administering UKG Pro or comparable UKG platforms.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and be SME for HR tech ecosystem including UKG Pro HCM and WFM.
• Own UKG systems, workflows, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Configure and optimize system workflows, security roles, and reporting.
• Partner with payroll, HR leadership to drive process improvements.
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Document processes and provide guidance to team members.
