Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie seeks a Business Systems Analyst - Human Resources to lead the HR technology ecosystem and UKG platform for optimal employee lifecycle support. You will optimize processes, deliver analytics, and manage vendor relationships in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep HR tech expertise, strong analysis, and partnership with HR, Payroll, and leadership. Hybrid/remote work is available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in business/IT/HR.
• 7+ years of experience supporting HR technology platforms.
• Direct experience administering UKG Pro or comparable UKG platforms.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the HR technology ecosystem, including UKG Pro HCM, WFM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and People Analytics.
• Own UKG-related systems, workflows, integrations, configuration, reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate new UKG features and releases and recommend adoption based on business value and operational impact.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize system workflows, security roles, reporting structures, and integrations across UKG, Aderant, ProLaw, and related platforms.
