Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to lead UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management initiatives. You will configure, optimize, and secure HR systems while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to deliver scalable solutions.

You will design reports, analytics, and data governance practices to support operations and strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement across HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years progressive HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years hands-on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
• Experience configuring HRIS processes, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, and workforce management functionality.
• Experience with UKG People Analytics, Cognos Reporting, and advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting multi-state operations, payroll, and workforce management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, guiding on functionality and best practices.
• Lead system administration, configuration, enhancements, integrations, security management, and WFM support.
• Design and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data solutions.
• Partner with business and IT teams to develop scalable HR solutions and improve HR processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, lead testing, and provide training and documentation.
