Job summary

Sability is seeking experienced UKG HRMS/Payroll consultants to join our award-winning team. You will assist clients with implementing UKG Pro, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live, in a client-focused, white-glove service culture.

This role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely across the US and Canada, with flexible, full-time virtual opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing UKG Pro in client environments.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask across multiple projects and clients.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• HR and Payroll domain knowledge (CPP/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client kick-off and requirements gathering meetings.
• Provide product and subject-matter expertise to client.
• Manage project scope and budget.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan.
• Write functional specifications for customizations and manage testing/acceptance.
• Create data mapping from source systems to UKG Pro.
• Validate data conversion.
• Gain customer authorization on all Work Reports.
• Participate in parallel cycles.
• Balance client payroll and prepare turnover documentation.
