Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC is seeking a Legal Business Systems Analyst – Human Resources to join our Administrative Team. This role leads HR technology optimization across UKG Pro HCM, WFM, and related platforms, partnering with HR, Payroll, and leadership to drive process improvements and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR technology experience, strong analytical skills, and a background in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years supporting HR technology platforms.
• Direct experience administering UKG Pro or comparable UKG platforms.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for MGC's HR technology ecosystem (UKG Pro HCM, WFM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, People Analytics).
• Own UKG-related systems, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Evaluate UKG features and releases and recommend adoption based on value and impact.
• Configure and maintain system workflows, security, reporting structures, and integrations across UKG, Aderant, ProLaw.
