Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level PD Analyst to lead a HM&E and C5ISR SME team evaluating and delivering new amphibious ships, auxiliary ships and landing craft. You will coordinate with government, shipbuilders, and industry partners to meet mission objectives within schedule and cost targets.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, Navy/Coast Guard program knowledge, and expertise in post-delivery ship alterations and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years supervisory.
• Experience with Navy/Coast Guard ship construction or repair highly preferred.
• Knowledge of TS9090-310 series and ALTERATIONS TO SHIPS by AIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD support team and assist PAPM with program management.
• Manage task orders for customers with high technical requirements.
• Ensure shipboard alterations are executed per standards and MOAs.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate alterations during post-delivery periods.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and opportunities for new AIT work.
• Provide technical reviews and guidance on HM&E and C5ISR systems.
