Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks on client sites in Houston, TX. This role directs 2–5 team members and ensures tasks meet BrightView's safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, delivering services, and coordinating with the Operations Manager. The position requires strong leadership, a valid driver's license, and landscape-field experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required and the ability to operate multiple vehicle types.
• Experience leading a small crew on job sites and coordinating tasks.
• BrightView equipment certifications help ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, load and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Identify and elevate customer issues to Operations Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and training.
