Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks at BrightView client sites in Plano, TX. You will lead 2-5 team members, ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, delivering services per plan, tracking time and equipment usage, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in a landscape-related field
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely operate vehicles.
• Deliver services to client sites and maintain schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members.
• Log crew time and equipment usage; perform maintenance on equipment.
