Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client locations. You will lead a small crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule, while coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

You will oversee maintenance, equipment checks, and time logging, and play a role in driving service quality across diverse landscapes and maintenance services offered by BrightView.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience leading a crew of 2–5.
• Knowledge of BrightView equipment and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Direct and supervise 2–5 crew members on site.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Ensure work safety and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members.
• Maintain and log time and equipment usage.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
