Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee site tasks, lead 2-5 team members, and ensure safety and quality across maintenance, installations, and services on BrightView client sites.

The role involves preparing trucks, delivering services on schedule, coordinating with the Operations Manager, and supervising crew performance while maintaining equipment and records. The position is full-time, on-site at client locations, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Elevate customer problems to Operations Manager as needed.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and train team members.”
• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
