Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites. You will direct 2-5 team members, ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently, and oversee varied service lines from basic maintenance to irrigation and installation.

You will prepare trucks, maintain schedules, resolve issues with the Operations Manager, and train crew members while safeguarding equipment and meeting BrightView's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and ability to operate various vehicles with or without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field and demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to manage crews and maintain safety standards on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate tasks, and coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members and monitor equipment maintenance.
• Log crew time and equipment usage and ensure safety compliance.
