Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site tasks on client locations and lead a small crew. You will direct 2-5 team members, ensure tasks are completed safely, and coordinate with the Operations Manager across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and color management services.

The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and hands-on equipment oversight, including preventive maintenance, time-tracking, and on-site problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications required.
• Experience leading a small crew in a landscape setting.
• Must pass background checks and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise 2-5 crew members and delegate tasks to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Log crew time and equipment usage; perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Support branch meetings and pursue more efficient work methods.
