Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks on client sites. This role directs the work of 2–5 team members and ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You will oversee crews across service lines including basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management, and assist in equipment maintenance and time logging.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate various vehicles with or without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field and demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work, and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training team members.
• Log equipment usage and perform preventative maintenance.
• Unloading equipment from BrightView trucks and performing routine maintenance on gear.
