Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee site-level tasks on BrightView client sites. You will direct 2-5 crew members, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of landscape maintenance, installation, and related services.

Responsibilities include prepping trucks, delivering services on schedule, supervising daily operations, training team members, and maintaining equipment. Strong leadership and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely operate vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work to crew members, and coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in developing and training team members.
• Log crew time and equipment maintenance; ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, including EDVIR checks and routine servicing.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek more efficient ways to perform work.
