Job summary
BrightView Landscapes is hiring a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks and direct 2-5 team members on BrightView client sites. The role oversees crews across maintenance, landscape installation, and services like irrigation and seasonal color management to meet safety and quality standards.
The position requires leadership, a valid driver's license, and equipment certifications with experience in landscape work.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers
- BrightView Equipment certifications
- Experience in a landscape-related field
- Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers
Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, loading and securing equipment and safely operating vehicles
- Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations
- Identify and elevate customer problems to Operations Manager
- Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work to crew members, and coordinate service execution
