Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site tasks and lead a small crew on BrightView client sites. You will direct 2–5 team members to complete basic maintenance, landscape installation, and related services safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include truck readiness, on-site service delivery, equipment checks, and time logging or reporting to the Operations Manager. Strong leadership, driving ability, and landscape experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles with/without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field and leadership demonstrated.
• BrightView equipment certifications required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Capture crew time logs using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Perform equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
