Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site tasks at client locations. You will direct 2-5 crew members, ensure safety and quality, and oversee maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work.

You’ll coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet schedules and client expectations. Responsibilities include prepping trucks, delivering services, maintaining equipment, logging time, and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to operate vehicles with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications or equivalent credentials.
• Experience in a landscape-related field with leadership demonstrated.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a crew on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely operate vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and expectations.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate to crew members.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Accurately log crew time and equipment usage.
• Perform maintenance on equipment including loading, washing, changing blades, and EDVIR checks.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek more efficient work methods.
