Job summary

RRD is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by setting qualified appointments with new clients. This lead-generation role forwards prospects to a Sales Executive for qualification and closing.

You will use Salesforce and multiple outreach channels, research targets, and build a high-value pipeline. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/telemarketing and an associate degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience with an emphasis on cold calling.
• Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting lead generation targets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective new clients to generate qualified appointments.
• Funnel leads to Sales Representatives for qualification and closing.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage lead generation activities.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects and support strategy with Sales Leaders.
• Research prospects to understand business objectives and fit.
