Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews on complex substation testing and maintenance projects across North America.

You will serve as a primary interface with customers and engineering teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of electrical work. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with high, medium, and low voltage equipment, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate field activities, plan testing, and deliver detailed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or Military experience preferred.
• 10+ Years Relevant Industry Experience.
• NETA III Certified, NETA IV Certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical apparatus including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and grounding systems.
• Perform and lead complex troubleshooting of electrical and control systems and determine root cause.
• Create and manage project documentation and testing reports.
