Electric Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews and manage complex substation testing and maintenance projects across North America.

You will interface with customers, engineering teams, and field personnel to ensure safe, high-quality execution of electrical systems. The role requires extensive experience in testing, commissioning, and maintenance of high/medium/low voltage equipment, strong safety leadership, and the ability to coordinate across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or military experience.
• 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA III certification is required; NETA IV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Ensure safety leadership and customer interface.
• Develop and manage project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers.
