Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews and manage complex testing and maintenance projects across substations. You will act as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality field execution.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise with high/medium/low voltage equipment, and the ability to coordinate large-scale field activities with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes.
• Prepare and review detailed reports on testing and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers.
