Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead the BTS product and platform strategy for commercial and medical affairs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs; demonstrated experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.
• Strong hands-on technical product management, backlog management, and delivery leadership across complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate through a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics within Commercial Insights & Operations; establish roles, roadmaps, and ownership.
• Translate business, product, and data strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, and release plans with stakeholders.
• Provide BTS product and technical leadership for customer engagement capabilities (Veeva, Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, content mgmt, marketing automation, APIs and integrations).
• Partner with data owners to advance customer data capabilities across domains and ensure governance, consent, data quality, and secure data models.
