Job summary
Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data, to own and lead the BTS product and platform strategy for customer engagement across Commercial Systems & Analytics. The role involves delivering CRM solutions (Veeva, Salesforce), content management, marketing automation, and analytics within a regulated biopharma environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, and 3+ years leading product/platform delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and platform delivery for customer engagement capabilities (CRM, data, analytics).
- Translate business and data strategies into product plans and roadmaps.
- Oversee architecture, integration, security, governance, and lifecycle planning.
