Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead hands-on product and platform leadership translating engagement priorities into scalable, compliant capabilities. You will collaborate with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align roadmaps, architecture, integration, and data governance.
The role requires deep knowledge of CRM systems, content management, analytics enablement, APIs, and enterprise data models with travel up to 20% and on-site work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- 8+ years in business technology or IT; 5+ years in biotech or life sciences; 3+ years delivering product/platforms.
- Experience leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and onsite in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and delivery model for customer engagement capabilities.
- Translate strategy into product plans, backlogs, designs, and release plans.
- Provide leadership for CRM, content management, marketing automation, and APIs.
- Partner to advance customer data capabilities across domains and governance.
- Translate journeys into scalable platform capabilities with AI strategy support.
- Direct hands-on delivery from discovery to deployment and lifecycle.
- Drive process improvement, adoption, and benefits realization.
