Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead hands-on BTS product and platform delivery for omnichannel customer engagement capabilities. You will shape roadmaps, architecture, and integration across CRM, content management, and analytics to support HCP/HCO/payer domains.

You will collaborate with Commercial Systems & Analytics, enterprise data teams, and AI strategy to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions, while driving adoption

Qualifications

Hands-on product management and delivery experience.
Backlog management including prioritization and acceptance criteria.
Architecture, integration, testing, release, and production support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Translate business strategies into product plans and roadmaps.
Lead platform delivery for customer engagement capabilities (CRM, marketing automation, content management).
Partner with data owners to enable Customer 360 and data governance.
Coordinate releases, incidents, and vendor management for shared platforms.
