Job summary
Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director for Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead product management and platform delivery for customer engagement capabilities, including Veeva, Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, and analytics. This role partners across BTS, Legal, Compliance, and data teams to ensure secure, scalable implementations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product leadership for commercial and medical affairs within biotech/pharma, with strong data governance
Qualifications
- Hands-on technical product management and solution delivery experience.
- Deep knowledge of customer data management, APIs and integration patterns, privacy, security, consent, data governance, audit trails, access controls.
- Strong communication, judgment, and collaboration skills in federated models.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work onsite in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Operate within a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics.
- Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, and release plans.
- Provide BTS leadership for customer engagement capabilities including CRM, content management, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
- Partner with data owners to advance customer data capabilities across domains.
- Translate journeys and priorities into scalable platform capabilities with AI strategy.
- Lead delivery and operations from discovery through deployment and support.
- Drive process improvement, adoption, and benefits realization.
