Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego seeks an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead product management for CRM, data, and omnichannel capabilities across Commercial Operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Technology, you will partner with Commercial Systems & Analytics to deliver secure, scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure privacy and compliance while enabling data-driven customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech/pharma/life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities

Operate through a shared product and delivery model within Commercial Systems & Analytics; align technology with BTS responsibilities.
Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, requirements, designs, and release plans with ownership and governance.
Provide leadership for customer engagement capabilities including Veeva and Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, and analytics enablement.
Collaborate to advance customer data capabilities across HCP, payer, hub, and related domains; ensure data governance and consent.
Lead delivery from discovery to deployment, coordinating releases, incidents, and vendor management.
Drive process improvement, readiness, training, adoption, and benefits realization.
