Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead the BTS product and platform strategy for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs. This role partners with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align roadmaps, architecture, integration, and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years in business technology/IT with biotech experience.
- Experience launching or scaling customer engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and platform roadmap for customer engagement capabilities (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Translate business strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, release plans, and operating practices.
- Partner with Commercial Systems & Analytics and data owners to advance customer data capabilities.
- Ensure privacy, security, and compliance in solutions and operations.
