Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead BTS product and platform strategy for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs. Translate priorities into secure, scalable capabilities with cross-functional partners.

You will partner with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align roadmaps, drive architecture and integration, ensure data quality and governance, and embed privacy and compliance into solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.
• Experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate through a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics; align roadmaps and ownership.
• Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, and release plans.
• Provide BTS leadership for CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce), PromoMats, marketing automation, and content management.
• Collaborate with data owners to advance customer data capabilities and governance.
• Ensure privacy, security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout implementations.
• Travel up to 20% and collaborate onsite in San Diego as needed.
