Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Engagement Platforms & Data to lead product management and delivery for omnichannel customer engagement capabilities. You will partner with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align roadmaps, data governance, and integration across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

The role requires 8+ years in biotech or life sciences IT, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline.
8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.
Experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and work onsite with colleagues in San Diego; not 100% remote.

Responsibilities

Operate within a shared product and delivery model for commercial tech and analytics; define roles, roadmaps, and ownership.
Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, and release plans with cross-functional teams.
Provide leadership for customer engagement capabilities (Veeva, Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, analytics, APIs).
Collaborate with data owners to advance customer data capabilities across HCP, payer, patient services, and related domains.
Partner with AI strategy to deliver governed AI-enabled use cases with reliable data.
Lead delivery for BTS-assigned services from discovery to deployment and lifecycle management.
