Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT; 5+ years in biotech/pharma; 3+ years leading product or platform delivery.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead BTS product and platform delivery for customer engagement capabilities.
- Align roadmaps with Commercial Systems & Analytics and governance teams.
- Oversee CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce), content management, and marketing automation.
- Drive customer data capabilities across HCP, HCO, payer, and related domains.
- Ensure privacy, security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate releases, incidents, and lifecycle plans with stakeholders; drive adoption and benefits realization.
