Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego, seeks an Associate Director to lead Customer Engagement Platforms & Data within the Commercial Insights & Operations function. You will translate engagement, omnichannel, and data priorities into secure, scalable capabilities and partner across BTS, Commercial Systems & Analytics, and AI initiatives.

Entering a hands-on product and platform leadership role, you will shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs; demonstrated experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a shared product and delivery model to align commercial tech with BTS accountabilities.
• Translate strategies into product plans, backlogs, and release plans with stakeholders.
• Provide BTS leadership for customer engagement capabilities including CRM, content management, analytics enablement, and integrations.
• Partner to advance customer data capabilities across multiple domains and ensure governance and compliance.
• Translate journeys and priorities into scalable platform capabilities and align with AI strategy and engineering.
