Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support its classified IT infrastructure. The role involves on-site work at Redondo Beach, Rolling Meadows, Linthicum, or Melbourne in a classified environment, supervising complex service desk tasks, and guiding end-user devices, authentication, and cloud access for Gov cloud environments.

The candidate will lead escalation, apply advanced troubleshooting, and ensure security compliance across enclave networks while coordinating

Qualifications

Current U.S. Government Secret clearance required (or enrolled in CE).
Experience with Windows desktop, Active Directory, and troubleshooting in classified environments.
DoD 8140 IAM requirements or ability to meet within six months.
Experience leading complex end-user support issues.
Experience with secure access controls and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior Help Desk Analyst, providing direction and hands-on support for end-user devices, access, and cloud services in Gov cloud environments.
Communicate complex technical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders while maintaining customer confidence.
Maintain security procedures for enclave support and classified data handling.
Coordinate across teams to diagnose and resolve multi-system issues affecting enclave connectivity.
Lead or support incident prioritization and documentation with escalation where needed.
