Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 1/2 to support information system lifecycle activities on-site at our Palmdale, CA location. The role requires Top Secret clearance and DoD 8570 certification, with responsibilities including ticket handling, workstation moves, and basic diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a DoD 8570 security certification (Security+ CE or greater).
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Top Secret clearance prior to start.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Office suites, and remote deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 PC/IT support and ticket management.
• Relocate workstations and configure equipment with minimal disruption.
• Assist with security paperwork and maintain asset inventory.
• Collaborate with Security to resolve classified data incidents.
• Support onsite operations at Palmdale, CA, with occasional travel as needed.
