Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support its IT Infrastructure & Operations’ Classified Solutions team. The role requires providing complex end-user support, cloud access troubleshooting, and escalation for classified environments from air-gapped networks.

On-site locations include Redondo Beach, Rolling Meadows, Linthicum, or Melbourne. The position involves working in a classified environment with travel and no remote options.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with significant IT experience or degrees as stated in qualifications.
• Experience with end-user computing, AD, and complex troubleshooting in a classified environment.
• Must meet DoD 8140 IAM requirements or be able to complete within six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Help Desk Analyst providing direction and hands-on support for end-user devices and enclave connectivity.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to diverse teams while maintaining high customer confidence.
• Enforce classified handling requirements and approved access methods.
