Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft Office Suites; familiarity with remote deployment methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers and networks.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair PCs, software, and peripherals.
• Connect PCs to data networks and perform basic setups.
• Assist users in using PCs and networks.
• Investigate user IT needs and recommend software/hardware purchases.
• Maintain trouble logs and satisfy security requirements.
