Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a Landscape Maintenance Internship in the Richmond, VA area for 10–12 weeks from May to August 2027. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across departments, dedicated mentorship, and leadership development in a collaborative team setting.

Interns will gain real-world experience in field operations and office tasks. Participants will build practical skills, expand industry knowledge, and gain exposure to day-to-day operations, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working both in office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations across multiple areas.
• Shadow and learn from Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Work with a mentor to develop professional skills and leadership abilities.
• Participate in projects and events that expose you to Ruppert's culture and values.
