Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12‑week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance with hands-on field training and exposure to everyday branch operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused operations.
• Office and outdoor field environment availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across field operations and branch operations.
• Job Shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship to guide progress and development.

Education
