Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and opportunities to shadow departments such as Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist field operations alongside crews to gain hands-on experience.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Engage in mentorship and development activities to build professional skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment.
