Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, providing hands-on field training and exposure to office operations. You will shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership while developing practical skills and industry knowledge.

The program includes dedicated mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities to present your internship experience. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business/operations/construction management or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfort with both office and outdoor field environments; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; proficient with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training in multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow key business areas by observing and engaging with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor providing regular feedback and professional development support.
• Participate in team-building and leadership development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Present internship experiences and key learnings in a final presentation.
• Opportunities for potential full-time employment after graduation.
