Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a Landscape Maintenance Internship for 10–12 weeks (May–August 2027). The program provides hands‑on field training, mentorship, and exposure to Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Participants will gain practical skills and build industry knowledge in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Interns will work both in field and office settings, with a final presentation and potential future opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field settings.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Engage in mentorship and contribute to professional development activities.
• Assist with projects and day‑to‑day branch operations.
• Network with peers and leaders and gain exposure to career paths in the landscape industry.
