Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week, paid internship focused on landscape maintenance and branch operations in Virginia. You will gain hands-on field experience alongside crews, with exposure to multiple departments, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Interns will shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, and Sales, and may have a chance to join Ruppert’s culture and values while working across office and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in a related field (Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
