Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12 week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance, May–August 2027, designed to provide hands-on experience in field operations and office tasks. You will shadow, learn, and grow through dedicated mentorship while gaining exposure to Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Participants develop practical skills, broaden industry knowledge, and build a professional network in a fast-paced environment, with potential for full-time roles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and development support.
• Management and leadership development through team-building, etiquette, communication, and best practices.
• Collaborative work with interns and professionals on meaningful projects.
• Professional networking with peers, mentors, and leaders within Ruppert Landscape.
• Opportunities for additional training in the department of choice at program end.
• Final presentation of internship experiences, projects, lessons learned, and skills gained.
• Top performers may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.
