Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Internship for May–August 2027. This 10–12 week paid program provides hands-on field training, mentorship, and exposure to branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work in both field and office settings, shadow operations across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership, and develop practical skills for a future career in commercial landscape maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business/operations management, construction management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and feedback to support professional development.
