Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a related degree in horticulture, turf management or business/ops fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused with willingness to support varied operational needs.
• Proficient in computer software including MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Mentorship to guide progress and professional development.
