Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support varied operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
• Management and leadership development through teamwork, etiquette, communication and leadership practices.
• Collaborative team environment with interns working on meaningful projects and networking.
