Job summary

DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking kitchen-oriented individuals in Boston for roles offering $16–$18 per hour plus $2–$3 per hour in tips and additional benefits. You will work across DIG kitchens, prepare a variety of foods from scratch, and learn leadership skills in a fast-paced environment focused on community and inclusive culture.

We emphasize real, good food, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. This position supports both part-time and full-time scheduling with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.
• Able to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Team-oriented focus with appreciation for colleagues and restaurant success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; growth mindset in brigade.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as guide.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and delivery/packout.
• Speak about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold DIG policies.
